1. All rental agreements are done in writing.
2. This firm abides by all equal opportunity / fair housing laws.
3. No available rental unit may be withdrawn from rental market without deposit, non refundable if tenant decides not to rent.
4. Pet deposits $250.00, $100.00 is non refundable.
5. Applications not accompanied by funds for processing fee of $30.00 or not filled out completely will not be acceptable.
6. Tenants must have an acceptable credit score, 3 times rent for monthly income from any source, acceptable references, any material falsifications on application will disqualify.

Prescott: (inside Prescott city limits subject to 2% tax on rent)
Chino Valley: (subject to 3% tax on rent)

$125 of the deposit is non-refundable wear/tear and administrative fee on all rentals. Home Owners Association rules are strictly enforced.
